One of my best friends Katie and I along with my Mommy ventured to Santee Alley I would say... 7 or 8 years ago, where I am proud to announce I had my first and only legitimate "anxiety attack". I am also proud for you to now that I know am a worldy, well traveled, little girl who has lived in shady apartments in Hawaii, Prague, and Orange.. and I not only can handle places like Santee, but I THRIVE IN THEM!

So.. yesterday we went on a little Sunday adventure after picking up my friend Morgan's husband from the train station. I have to say besides the fun of it, the merchandise was crap.. WHERE WERE THE "GENUINE FAKE GOODS". ugh,
gotta get back to Turkey ASAP!

Thank goodness Morgan's dear husband Joel did a Spanish speaking mission... eased any anxiety that coulda come up!

Veggie 101

Ok, so I am on a new kick... juice's and smoothies... and unlike you fools, I don't eat them as my meals and  go on cleanse's for days on end... it just is not in my DNA to have the discipline to do so. I found one I am mildly addicted to:

you can get it in Brentwood @ Cafe Rivva, I have two favorites..
the Kale smoothie which is;  Kale, banana, almond butter, flaxseed, agave 
or the
Find your flow juice which is; cucumber, celery, apple, coconut water, lime, mint 

Helpful service makes all the difference, that nice lad explained it all to me and let me taste and explore!

I had a dream my life would be.....

In the spirit of celebrating Independence Day for what I truly believe is the best country on this planet,.. I saw Les Miserables in LA last night after a fun filled, sun, friends, and family weekend in Newport. What a 360 degree turn.

I never was a Les Mis' cult member. I never got it. I don't love tragedies, I unlike every other girl hate 'The Notebook', I don't want to walk out of a theatre feeling depressed and helpless. Something changed last night, first of all, the production was sensational... absolutely phenomenal, the first time I thought an LA or California cast for that member blew me out of the water and deserved to be the Broadway Cast or go straight to London... truly. NEXT:

My heart bled last night, literally...I thought to myself, how could I be so cruel and so "republican". People are suffering.. and they need sympathy, help, kindness. I swear.. I tweeted jokingly that Les Mis' made me a liberal... Sabrina the bleeding heart, but I maybe wasn't joking.

After all they say "if you aren't liberal when you are young, you have no heart. AND, if you aren't conservative when you are old, you have no brain". Why was I living in reverse? EPIPHANY? Who knew this would turn so political.. ha..

All I meant to say was nothing moves me and makes me dream like beautiful theatrical broadway music,...
